Gene Kuppenbender

Gene Kuppenbender is Managing Partner of Metro Ventures, LLC, a privately-held, commercial real estate investment company. He previously worked in the environmental industry and has over 30 years of industry knowledge and expertise. He serves as an active board member of Bay West, LLC, representing BKL interests. 

As former Owner/Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Bay West, Gene developed and implemented strategies and solutions for selling and cross-media marketing at Bay West, which was named Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal’s fastest-growing private company twice.

Gene holds a BS Business Administration, University of San Diego (UCSD) / Argosy University, and a Mini MBA, University of St. Thomas, Graduate School of Business and he is a Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM). And an active member of Eagan Kick-Start Rotary.
