Keith Witter

Chairman of the Board

Keith Witter, is Chairman of the Board, Stabish Foundation and an attorney with extensive experience in estate planning, trust administration, tax planning, and investment management. 

After graduating from Gustavus Adolphus College in business administration, he obtained his law degree from the University of Minnesota. He was admitted to practice law in the state of Minnesota in 1973 and in the state of Florida in 1974. 

He worked as a tax accountant with Arthur Anderson & Co. in Minneapolis.  Keith later became a partner of a law firm in Rochester, Minnesota, where he pursued his work in business, tax, estate, and financial planning.  

In 1984, he formed an investment advisory firm, FFP Investment Advisors, and worked with clients providing investment advice until 2011, when he decided to focus on the practice of law for his clients.  His extensive background in estate law, investments, and financial planning gives the Stablish Foundation, which he founded in 1995, a unique and valuable perspective.
