Paul L. Dinger

Paul L. Dinger most recently served as Vice President-Chief Administrative Officer/General Counsel for Wings Financial Credit Union, a multi-billion dollar credit union located in Apple Valley, Minnesota.  

Prior to joining the credit union, Paul was a shareholder in a Minneapolis law firm representing clients in bankruptcy, general commercial practice, regulatory affairs, leasing and purchasing transactions and employment matters.  He was senior corporate counsel for Northwest Airlines and served as corporate counsel at several other large corporations in the Twin Cities area.  

Paul is a graduate of the University of Iowa College of Law and obtained an undergraduate degree in history at Luther College.  He is licensed to practice in the state and federal courts of Iowa and Minnesota, and is a member of the Iowa and Minnesota state bar associations.  

Paul currently serves as a board member and officer for Oakwood PW, Inc. a non-profit corporation that supports persons with severe eating disorders.  He previously served as a board member and president of the Alliance for the Mentally Ill of Minnesota (now known as the National Alliance for the Mentally Ill), an organization advocating on behalf of persons with mental illness.
